What data do we collect from you and why?
Statistics

If you fill in your contact details on our website to be contacted by an installer, we will keep the details you enter and send them to 1 installer, from whom you also receive the contact details. We store your first name, last name, phone number, e-mail address, message, IP address and time of sending safely. This is necessary to be able to get you in touch in a correct way. If you enter your e-mail address in the Decibel Calculator on our website to receive the report in your mailbox, we will also receive a copy of the PDF report in a view of research and statistical processing.
With whom do we share your data?
Thercon only uses your data internally, except in the following cases:
- We will share your data if you specifically fill out the contact form to be contacted with an installer and we will also send you the details of that installer. What is the storage period of your data?
Thercon will retain your personal data until the end of the month 3 years after sending a contact form, unless a longer retention period is required on the basis of a legal obligation or for special liability reasons (e.g. in the context of a (possible) dispute).
What are your rights?
